Promoting and Empowering Zambia's Writing Artistry

The COPPA Book Awards Initiative aims at recognizing and celebrating excellence in literature, particularly in Zambian writing. It is a licensed initiative by the National Arts Council of Zambia under the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts. The awards program is designed to honor outstanding works of literature from both established and emerging authors, promoting the diversity and richness of local writing artistry.

This initiative seeks to empower authors, encourage literary creativity, and enhance the visibility of Zambian literature on both a local and international stage.
